Bobby Newlyn-Jones is writer, or rather a 'work in progress', and a generally creative type of bloke. This site is mostly home to his writing, although other creations will be featured here too.

Bobby currently lives in Northampton, UK, with an insane border collie, a grumpy old cat, a variety of rabbits and some pixies that like hiding his belongings. He claims that on the whole, if you ask them nicely, they give what they've taken back to you or reveal its hiding place. He's quite a bonkers chap...

He is in the process of completing a 'BA (hons) in English Language and Literature' and a 'Diploma in Creative Writing', both with the Open University, whilst working part time in an opticians. He has also studied acting, worked in a gift shop, a cinema, a book shop and had a job watching security cameras for three weeks. Apparently he kept falling asleep because there was nothing on, only to go home and watch more happening on the television when it was turned off. Writing projects are under way and at various stages of completion/development/dust accumulation.

He has yet to publish anything, but he is insistent that this is due to being his own worst critic.
